Terms and Conditions

  • Once a booking fee is received this secures your wedding date and into the contract below.
  • If you cancel your wedding 50% of the total amount is to be paid within 14 days. Less then 4 weeks notice FULL AMOUNT is still owed. Paid within 14 days.
  • No reducing numbers to the bridal party size AFTER the booking fee is received. If you wish to increase numbers please just ask I will always accommodate where possible.
  • If an assistant is required a £50 booking fee is required and this is paid by the booking host.
  • If you change location, time or date of your wedding please check with me prior.
  • When a trial session is booked FULL PAYMENT is to be made regardless if you cancel for any which reason. This includes the number of guests booked. If you are late to your appointment I have every right to not carry through with the service but FULL PAYMENT is kept.
  • If a second trial is required this is paid for by the bride/guest.
  • Trial sessions are to be paid IN FULL 24 HOURS BEFORE your booking. I accept bank transfer.
  • If hair prep steps aren’t being followed I have every right to refuse to style the hair. The guide I send to you prior to the trial enables me to give you the best quality styling. Wet or greasy hair isn’t workable especially with a tight time frame.
  • Full payment is due ONE WEEK before the wedding date. I don’t allow early payments.
  • Occasion, prom hair bookings etc deposit of £10 per person is now required.
  • Travel expenses, parking or tolls are paid by the booking host. This includes the assistant if needed.
  • Bookings on a Sunday or bank holiday there is a surcharge of £50.
